I sat down with my mom and told her that in all fairness to both of us I was going to charge her for no calls, I completely understand if there is an illness, but that the meals and activities that I plan I have to pay for. And that I want her child to be involved in everything that the other children are, and if she does come late after a meal is prepared expecting her child to be fed, that I my not be prepared. We had a nice talk and this morning she called to let me know that she was running way late and that shed dbe here and I would receive full pay. So I guess for now shes fine with my choice.
